Miral (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") is an AI platform integrating image, video, and music creation. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the conditions and rules for your use of the Platform.

By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account. You need to provide accurate and complete registration information and are responsible for maintaining account security.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. If you discover any unauthorized use, please notify us immediately.

3. Service Usage

The Platform provides credit-based AI content generation services. Credits can be obtained through subscription or one-time purchase. Different AI models and features consume different amounts of credits.

You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, or infringing purposes. Generating illegal, pornographic, violent, or rights-infringing content is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights for content you generate through the Platform belong to you, subject to the terms of use of each AI model provider.

The Platform's trademarks, logos, interface designs, and software code are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without authorization.

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are in US dollars. Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.

For first-time purchases of one-time packages or first subscriptions, refunds can be requested within 7 calendar days if credit usage is below 3%.

6. Disclaimer

The Platform provides services "as is" and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the services.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or imperfect. Users should judge the applicability of generated content themselves.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

The Platform's total liability does not exceed the total fees you paid in the past 12 months.

8. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms become effective when posted on this page.

Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the modified Terms. Significant changes will be notified via email or Platform notification.
